Child Youth & School Services, Parent Central Services (formerly CERO):  Registration for ALL youth programs takes place here. Children 6 months and up must be enrolled to participate in any CYSS activity. Call 337-531-1955.

Child Development Center : For infants 6 weeks to 5 years. Call 337-531-1954

School Age Services : For grades 1-5. Call 337-531-1992.

Middle School & Teens : For grades 6-12. Call 337-531-8790 or 337-531-1992.

Family Child Care is a comprehensive process for those wishing to establish care for their child inside the home of a qualified FCC provider. Call 337-531-1961.

Youth Sponsorship is available to help families adjust to life at Fort Polk. Child, Youth & School Services will help match your child with a knowledgeable Youth Sponsor who will orient and assist you and your children.
